Terms of Service

You may use LinkFlow to shorten links to lawful destinations, generate QR codes, and view analytics for links you create. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not create short links that point to, or QR codes that encode, content that:

• Distributes malware, phishing, scams or unauthorized cryptocurrency mining.
• Contains child sexual abuse material or promotes violence or terrorism.
• Violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
• Hosts spam, illegal gambling, or unsolicited bulk content.
• Misleads users about the destination of the link.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

We monitor for abusive patterns including mass-creation of links to harmful destinations, repeated phishing attempts and automated abuse. We may disable, redirect, or remove any short link — and suspend the associated account — without prior notice when we believe it violates these Terms or harms users.

LinkFlow, including its name, logo, software, design and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process and display it as needed to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkFlow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We work hard to keep LinkFlow available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data unavailability.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or use it in a way that exposes us or other users to risk or liability. On termination, your links may stop resolving and your data may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or applicable laws. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use of LinkFlow after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
